Fergie: Josh Duhamel will be an amazing father

OHMYGOSSIP — Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie thinks her husband Josh Duhamel will be a great dad when their child is born later this year.

Fergie thinks Josh Duhamel will be an “amazing father”. The 37-year-old singer and Josh, 40, are expecting their first child later this year and Fergie can’t wait to see her husband as a dad.

She told Hollyscoop: “I’m looking forward to seeing him as a dad. I can tell he’s going to be an amazing father.”

Josh recently revealed he has been passing along parenting tips to Fergie, who he married in 2009.

He said: “I’ve just picked a lot up along the way. Whether it’s giving them structure at an early age to – when they wake up in the middle of the night, you don’t cuddle them or get their attention. You just feed them and put them right back.

“You know, I was telling my wife recently. She didn’t know that you can bathe kids in a sink when they’re newborn. That’s where you bathe them, in a sink, because they’re so little. She’s like, ‘Really?!’

“I’m seeing how much work we’re going to have to do to childproof our place. Or move. We’re not sure yet. You start thinking about those things. You really do, and things that I’ve never thought about before.”
