Matrix director Larry Wachowski now a she

OHMYGOSSIP — Matrix director Larry Wachowski is now a she. The 47-year-old has been undergoing hormone therapy as part of his sex-change treatment for nearly a decade.

In a trailer for his latest film, Cloud Atlas, Larry  says in a soft and breathy voice: “Hi, I’m Lana.”

It is the first time ‘Larry’ has appeared publicly as ‘Lana’.

The new film, which stars Tom Hanks and Halle Berry, is one  of the most hotly anticipated of the year. It is based on British author David Mitchell’s hit book which features six interlocking stories beginning in the 1800s and progressing to the future. The cast includes Hugh Grant, Susan Sarandon and Jim Broadbent.

At the height of Matrix mania, Wachowski left his wife for a dominatrix called Ilsa Strix
