OHMYGOSSIP — A colony of vultures is nesting in mountains near to the ‘Love Island’ villa.
Local environmentalists in Majorca have closed off a 500-acre area surrounding the Puig Major mountain to allow the birds of prey to thrive, and people hiking in the region have been asked to avoid the vultures since April.
A local source from the region told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Fortunately, even though they are huge beasts, they normally only feed on dead animal carcasses.
“There are some suggestions they have been preying on small live animals in the mountains, but the Islanders won’t be in any danger from them. But any twitchers among them might be lucky enough to see these beautiful birds of prey circling above.”
There is a management plan for the area called the Plan d’Ordenació dels Recursos Naturals de la Serra (known locally as PORN), which has been specifically amended to include the restrictions.
On last night’s show (29.06.21), newcomer Chloe Burrows singled out Aaron Francis as the best kisser on ‘Love Island’.
After the contestants gathered together wearing horns and carrying pitchforks to play a game called ‘Horny Devils’, the task led to a number of them locking lips to indicate who they thought a particular statement was about.
Chloe declared Aaron the best kisser, but fans were left frustrated at the end of the episode when the group gathered to find out who the 25-year-old financial services marketing executive – who was a late arrival to the villa – had chosen to couple up with.
After Chloe said, “The boy I would like to couple up with is…”, the show came to an end, meaning viewers won’t find out which girl will be left single as a result of the early shake-up.
