OHMYGOSSIP — Liberty Poole won’t rule out sex in the ‘Love Island’ villa.
The 21-year-old marketing student is looking for love on the ITV2 dating show this summer and would happily take her romance to the next level if it felt “natural”.
When asked about potentially getting jiggy with it on the show, she said: “My initial answer would be no. However, I think sometimes if it is like a natural step in the relationship and you just don’t know what is going to happen in there – so I wouldn’t rule it out.”
Liberty hasn’t discussed what she will and won’t do on the show with her parents “in detail”, but her mum knows what to expect.
She said: “My mum is actually like my best friend and they know what my personality is like and that I’m a bubbly character and it is ‘Love Island’, so obviously they know to expect stuff like that on the show.
“My mum and stepdad have been so supportive of me going on – I actually think my mum was more excited than me. She can’t wait to see me on the show, she’s a big personality herself, she’s excited to see me and I have a lot of support at home.”
The Nando’s waitress has had no shortage of male interest before entering the villa, with her inbox featuring messages from footballers and boxers.
She claimed: “I have had a few blue ticks in the DMs – they are just footballers or boxers. But there is no one that I have ever thought ‘oh you’re famous’ or ‘I know him’.”
However, Liberty once had her heart broken when her ex-boyfriend cheated on her, but she feels the experience has helped prepare her for the drama on the show.
She added: “I’ve only ever had one serious relationship before this. I did get cheated on.
“It has made me stronger and if anything, now it’s made me more ready for ‘Love Island’ and to find true love and enjoy the experience.”
