OHMYGOSSIP — Gino D’Acampo is set to host a new cooking show named ‘Gino’s Food of Love’.
The 44-year-old celebrity chef will front the new series, which will see him attempting to spice up couples’ love lives by getting them together in the kitchen.
And after having fun creating a dish together, the partners will be urged to raise the temperature in other areas of their relationship.
A TV insider told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre TV column: “For the last year British couples have been cooped up at home, which has led to a surge in hapless home cooking and domestic boredom.
“As a red-blooded Italian, Gino knows the sensual joys that only food can bring.
“As far as he is concerned, if a couple can click in the kitchen, then it’s a recipe for clicking in other rooms too.
“Gino is becoming a hot property in TV because he has a huge following, is great fun and has a genuine skill.”
‘Gino’s Food of Love’ isn’t currently attached to a broadcaster, but a pilot is in development and it’s believed the show will likely air on ITV.
The programme is being executive produced by Gino’s pal and fellow chef Gordon Ramsay, who is also producing ‘Next Level Chef’, which Gino will also appear in.
The US series features cooks competing on a three-storey TV set, and Gino will be a mentor alongside fellow chef Nyesha Arrington.
He is also set to take his family on an Italian adventure for a new TV show titled ‘Gino and Family’s Italian Adventure’, which will see him, his wife, their three children, and their in-laws explore Southern Italy.
Gino said: “Food and family are everything to me and I’m so excited to take my family on a journey across Bella Italia. We are going to discover all sorts of amazing places, people and excellent new ingredients together.
“It’s going to be fantastico! Look out Italy, the cooking D’Acampo’s are coming!”
