OHMYGOSSIP — Helen Flanagan is seeking advice from her fans for help with hormonal acne.
The ‘Coronation Street’ actress gave birth to her third child, baby boy Charlie, on March 25th, and since the star is no longer pregnant she is expecting her acne to return, so she has taken to social media to see if there are any top tips about what can be done.
She wrote on Instagram: “I love having clear skin I’ve always struggled with acne. My skin is only clear when I am pregnant or when I have just had a baby. No skin care works or cutting things out of my diet it is purely hormonal. There must be other women that have the same thing with their skin as me and what can you do with your acne when it’s hormonal? X (sic)”
Helen is planning to share her hormonal acne journey with her followers, and promised to “be honest” about what works for her.
She wrote on her Instagram Stories: “Thankyou so much for all the advice on hormonal acne. When my acne returns (it has eventually after each baby) I will share and be honest with what works (sic)”
Earlier this month, Helen admitted she was planning to reprise her ‘Corrie’ role as Rosie Webster before she fell pregnant for a third time.
The 30-year-old star – who also has daughters Matilda, five, and Delilah, two, with pro footballer Scott Sinclair – said: “I was in talks with ‘Corrie’ about going back. Then I found out I was pregnant a few days later and I had to say in my meeting that I was pregnant.
“So I was going to go back but then I fell pregnant with Charlie and he’s the best thing ever.”
